Return Policy

All my physical product is handmade, one of a kind pieces. They each take their own designated time and attention and creative flow to produce. Because of this, I make it a point to have accurate descriptions with ample photo and videos so you know exactly what you're purchasing. So when the sale is done, it is final. However, I'm not a monster, nor a cold-hearted business mogul, and am totally open to breaking my own rules if there's good reason to. So please, reach out to me if you there's anything that needs to be addressed throughout the ordering or shipping or delivery process.

The same basically applies to my digital products, except for the creation process only happens once. I sell them in good faith that they'll be used in accordance with licensing agreement included with each download, but once a download is purchased, it's out of my hands, and therefore each one is a final sale, as well. But again, I'm not a monster, so if there's something that needs to be addressed, I'm just an email away.
